The Working Holiday Maker (WHM) Visa is critical to Australian tourism and regional economies as it allows for long stay visitors travelling widely across Australia.

The tourism spending of WHMs contributes more than $3 Billion to the Australian economy, generating thousands of jobs, particularly in regional Australia. The longer the stay and spend of WHMs, the greater the regional employment created.
